That’s why we offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.

What’s Covered:

• Structural defects in foam or seams

• Manufacturing defects in the cover materials

• Issues with zippers, stitching, or closures

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications

• Stains, discoloration, or fabric damage from improper cleaning

• Products used for commercial purposes

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

If you believe your product has a defect covered under this warranty, please email us at support@gigglydot.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos showing the defect

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement part or product — or offer a suitable solution at no additional cost.
