Shipping Policy

At Gigglydot, we work hard to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Here's what to expect when you place an order with us:


Processing Time
Orders are processed within 0-2 business days of purchase.
Pre-orders or backordered items will ship based on the estimated ship date listed on the product page.


Shipping Methods
We offer standard ground shipping and expedited shipping within the U.S.

  • Standard Ground (UPS, USPS, or FedEx): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days, available at checkout

The shipping carrier is selected based on your delivery address and package size.


Large Item Shipping
Our playmats are oversized and ship in large boxes.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, especially if your location has restricted access or shared mailrooms.
Large items may arrive separately from other items in your order.


Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.
We hope to offer international shipping in the future!


Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
You can also check your order status anytime using your confirmation email or account page.


Shipping Issues
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package:

  • Check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom first

  • If still missing, contact the carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) directly to file a claim
