  • Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale or custom-made items

  • Used, washed, or damaged items due to improper use

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email support@gigglydot.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@gigglydot.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Send the item back using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Once received and approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
